Ekiti 2026: Okada Riders Brand Vehicle to Support Oyebanji’s Re-election

The Okada Riders Association in Ado-Ekiti local government has branded a vehicle to support Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s re-election ambition ahead of the forthcoming 2026 gubernatorial election in Ekiti State.

During a visit to the Director General, Bureau of Community Communications, Mary Omotosho, on Wednesday, the association in the local government comprising Ayoba, Ado Central, Olota and Mojere branches said the move is to ensure better propagation and dissemination of necessary information across the state during the electioneering period.

Speaking on behalf of the association, Chairman of Ado Central, Idowu Olarewaju stated that the governor has significantly addressed the yearnings of the Okada riders through his people-centered policies in the state.

He emphasized the need to brand the bus as part of their contributions towards ensuring victory for Governor Oyebanji ahead of the 2026 Ekiti State governorship election.

Responding, Director General of the Bureau of Community Communications commended them for standing behind the governor’s re-election bid saying that the initiative further demonstrates the genuine love of the people for Oyebanji.

Omotosho reassured the association of the state government’s commitment to continue in its strides of delivering the dividends of democracy to Ekiti people in line with the shared prosperity mantra.
