Director General, Bureau of Community Communications, Mrs Mary Oso Omotosho, has urged newlywed BCC staff, Femi Esan and his wife to cultivate a lifestyle of openness and transparency in their marriage.
Omotosho speaking at the wedding ceremony of Mr. Esan over the weekend in Ado-Ekiti admonished the couple to prioritize honesty, communication, and mutual respect adding that it is a foundational step toward building a peaceful and lasting union.

She emphasized that many marital conflicts stem from secrecy, assumptions, poor communication and issues that can be avoided if partners commit to being open with each other from the onset.
According to her, peace in marriage doesn’t just happen but is built deliberately noting that one of the strongest pillars of peace is openness,
Her words: “A couple that shares their thoughts, plans, struggles, and aspirations with each other is a couple that stands strong against external pressures.”

She also advised the couple to support each other in difficult times and never allow pride or ego to undermine their commitment.
The event, attended by top government functionaries in the state, family, friends, and members of the local community, was marked by heartfelt speeches and cultural celebrations.
