…reiterate support for Oyebanji’s second term
A political support group established to promote and project the image of Governor Biodun Oyebanji as well as mobilise support for his political advancement, BAO Movement is set to strengthen its activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The State Coordinator of the group, Hon. Boluwade Kehinde, made the disclosure on Wednesday in Ado-Ekiti during a meeting of its state executives with local government coordinators.
He revealed that the meeting with the local government coordinators is aimed at reviewing the group’s activities in the just concluded governorship election with a view of mapping out strategies ahead of the 2027 Presidential and National Assembly elections in Ekiti State.
He commended members of the group for their dedication, commitment and sacrifice in delivering the historic re-election of Governor Oyebanji stressing that the achievement is a testament to their collective efforts, determination and belief in his leadership.
He urged them to remain committed in ensuring the success of Governor Oyebanji in his second term in office as he continues to deliver dividends of democracy to Ekiti people.
On his part, Secretary of the group, Hon. Olukosi Muyiwa equally hailed the members for being dependable partners in progress towards the re-election of Governor Oyebanji and urged them to sustain the support to the governor.
Some local government coordinators, who took turns to speak assured that they are fully committed to the vision saying that they would continue mobilise effectively at their local governments for a coordinated and impactful future elections.
